Shipping Policy

Usually delivery time is between 3-5 working days, From Monday To Friday, Eastern Standard Time. We do not process on the Sunday or holidays. All the orders will be shipped out within 24 hours after getting the payment not including the weekends or holidays. Please plan in advanced if you need the order urgently.

Although we try to get your hair to you as fast as humanly possible, please don’t order hair less than 24 hours before you need it! It's always best to give yourself at least a 2 week cushion before you need it to avoid any unforeseen circumstances that may delay delivery.

All orders can be choose to be shipped out according to fast and safe rule. So as for the different country, there are different warehouse and shipping way to delivery the hair.

We are so confident with the quality of our products that we allow you to open your packaging and fully inspect them to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase before you decide if you want to keep your hair product.

If there is any hair problem, please make sure to contact us with email or call us at first. The unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace( not cut ), original curl pattern(undispersed ). The hair products must remain in their original, brand new condition. We have various ways to determine if the hair products have been worn, and if this is the case, they will have to be returned to you without a refund or exchange service.

When will my order ship?
All orders take 3-4 days to process. All orders are shipped within 4-7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification. We apologize in advance for any shipping delays due to COVID-19.

How do I track my order?
The Wigs Clinic Extensions. uses USPS as our shipping provider. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

If I order online, can I pick it up in the store?
The Wigs Clinic Extensions. does offer in store pickup. When placing your order, you must select the “stor e pickup” option. Pick-up is available Wednesday- Saturday & must be scheduled via text just to ensure your date and time to pick up is available. Address will be given after purchase has been made.
